✅ A. Ongoing Schemes

1. Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme (RIPS) 2024

  • Focus: Manufacturing & service-based MSMEs
  • Key Incentives:
    • 75% State Tax reimbursement (10 years)
    • Capital Subsidy (plastic alternatives: ₹40 lakh, Agro: ₹1.5 crore)
    • Interest Subvention
    • Stamp Duty & Electricity Duty exemptions
    • Green Growth Incentives
    • Export Promotion support
    • Employment Generation subsidies

2. BR Ambedkar Dalit Adivasi Udyam Protsahan Yojna (BRUPY)

  • For SC/ST entrepreneurs
  • Support:
    • 25% margin subsidy (max ₹25 lakh)
    • Interest Subsidy: 6%–9% based on loan amount
    • 100% CGTMSE fee reimbursement

3. PM Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP)

  • Margin money subsidy:
    • General: 25% (rural), 15% (urban)
    • Special Categories: 35% (rural), 25% (urban)
  • Max project cost: ₹50 lakh (manufacturing), ₹20 lakh (services)

  • MSME Facilitation Act, 2019: 5-year exemption from approvals/inspections
  • Single Window Clearance System (SWCS): For 135 services from 16 departments
  • One Stop Shop (OSS): At Bureau of Investment Promotion (BIP)

  • Support for:
    • MSE-CDP (GoI) & State CDP
    • CFCs (Common Facility Centers)
    • Technology Centre at Bhiwadi

  • Chaired by: District Collector
  • Role: Project screening ≤ ₹10 crore
