Key FiguresRajasthan recorded 1,18,60,962 activities across its 33 districts, surpassing Chhattisgarh's 1,09,51,961 activities and Maharashtra's 67,12,236 activities.
Top Performing DistrictsChuru led with 15,36,980 entries, followed by Sri Ganganagar (16,73,684), Hanumangarh (9,21,718), Tonk (9,09,097), and Bikaner (8,90,367).
Initiatives and ImpactAwareness on nutrition increased among beneficiaries. Pregnant, lactating women, and adolescents adopted better dietary practices. The Nutrition Tracker strengthened monitoring through registration and anthropometric data.
